人BMP-4（改进序列）蛋白（GMP- bm4h18）在大肠杆菌细胞中表达。它是BMP-4的变体，更适合细胞培养应用。

2. 蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

这种蛋白质不携带“标签”。

该蛋白的分子量为13.2 kDa。在还原(R)条件下（SDS-PAGE），通过Star Ribbon Pre-stained protein Marker标定，该蛋白的迁移量为13 kDa±3 kDa。

Less than 50 EU/mg, tested by the LAL method in compliance with USP <85> and Ph. Eur. 2.6.14.
